Our approach to group fitness training is a bit different than what you may see at many other gyms.
Our thrive sessions are a totally personalized approach approach to training!
All new members that includes a mobility screen, body composition assessment, and thorough exercise history.
We spend your first few weeks in the Discovery Phase working with your coach 1-1 where we perform cardio and strength testing to see how we can best move you closer to your best life.
We work to help you overcome pain, imbalances, and achieve a level of confidence and competence before beginning group training sessions.
Once you’ve achieved a level of autonomy, confidence, and competence it’s time to enter our Thrive Training Sessions.
You’ll receive a totally individualized training program, created by your coach based on our fitness assessment and testing and get to train with other like minded individuals with their own individualized program.
This way you always know exactly what to do and you know that the workout is designed to help you achieve your specific goals. We don’t believe in working around issues, we want to work through them, and move past them!
During these training sessions you’ll find that we opt for high reward lower risk exercises, focusing on basic strength training, core strength, muscular balance, and cardio.
We deliver a program that is intended to make your life outside of the gym better!
